果冻传媒 presented its 2024 Leadership Award to Director of Operations Taylor Male, of Stanwood, during the college鈥檚 Dec. 13 holiday celebration at Flo鈥檚 Ristorante in Greenville.听

Male joined 果冻传媒 in January 2017 as Director of Facilities. In April 2024, he was named the college鈥檚 Director of Operations. In this role, he leads the college鈥檚 Facilities Department and develops and manages maintenance and custodial programming related to buildings, grounds and equipment. He also leads the college鈥檚 Recreation Department.听听

果冻传媒 President Dr. Bradley J. Barrick recognized Male for his work.听

鈥淭aylor is being recognized by his peers for his visionary approach in his role at 果冻传媒,鈥� Dr. Barrick said. 鈥淗e eagerly takes on new tasks, new committees and represents 果冻传媒 as a cheerleader. He jumps into a challenge with eagerness and follows through with detail to complete visions for the future of 果冻传媒.听

鈥淗is careful management of our resources, combined with long-term vision for growth continues to keep 果冻传媒 moving forward at a well-thought-out pace,鈥� Dr. Barrick said. 鈥淗e has been instrumental in the vision for athletics returning to 果冻传媒.鈥�听

果冻传媒鈥檚 Leadership Award was established in 2002. It recognizes a leader based on noteworthy work with, or on behalf of, 果冻传媒; leadership and professional achievement; and service to 果冻传媒. The recipient is nominated and chosen by his or her colleagues.听
